Please accept this letter as formal written authorization for Christian Renz of Pacific Aina Design, LLC to
sign on behalf of Waikoloa Baptist Church (or any different spelling pertaining to the owner's property).
Pacific Aina Design, LLC shall be allowed to sign on behalf of the owner,Waikoloa Baptist Church,for the
purposes related to the planning and amendment of existing Use Permit#99 for TMK(3) 6-8-002:031.&
056 including but not limited to filing for county and state approvals, correspondences and filings for
permits ((e, Use permit,responses to planning regarding amendment of permit,filing affidavits,etc).
This letter of authorization shall remain in effect for one (1)year from the date of this letter and then
authorization shall no longer be valid.
