1. Please review the Use Permit application and address the correct criteria for a Use
Permit and not Special Permit criteria. (See 4 A through C in Use Permit
Application). Your application addresses criteria for a Special Permit.

Steven Sung.
3. Please update the list of owners to be notified with the current owners of record.
We are enclosing a receipt for the filing fee and will hold the filing fee for the resubmitted
application. .
