A "no effect"letter from the State DLNR Historic Preservation Division. <br /> c. A copy of a letter written by the applicant to the State DLNR Historic <br /> Preservation Division requesting a"no effect" letter, including supporting <br /> documentation,to which SHPD has not responded after 30 days(SHPD's time <br /> limit under their rules). <br /> 2. The landowner, Waikoloa Baptist Church, originally received approval via Use <br /> Permit No. 99 to construct a church and related improvements. Conditions of the <br /> permit have lapsed and the Church has not submitted an amendment request for <br /> the lapsed conditions. Please provide information regarding the owner's proposed <br /> actions to bring their permit into compliance.
