Please provide one of the following regarding Archaeological Resources: a. An archaeological inventory report containing significance assessments,effect determinations, and proposed mitigation commitments. The report should be completed pursuant to State Department of Land and Natural Resources Historic Preservation Division(DLNR-SHPD)rules. b. A "no effect"letter from the State DLNR Historic Preservation Division. c. A copy of a letter written by the applicant to the State DLNR Historic Preservation Division requesting a"no effect" letter, including supporting documentation,to which SHPD has not responded after 30 days(SHPD's time limit under their rules). 2. The landowner, Waikoloa Baptist Church, originally received approval via Use Permit No. 99 to construct a church and related improvements. Conditions of the permit have lapsed and the Church has not submitted an amendment request for the lapsed conditions. Please provide information regarding the owner's proposed actions to bring their permit into compliance. We are attaching the last letter to the landowner for your information.
