Proposed construction also includes a 12-foot-wide access/utility easement to <br /> extend east 350 feet away from the lease area toward Paniolo Avenue, continuing approximately <br /> 700 feet southwest to connect to an existing transformer. <br /> A review of our records revealed that a letter of no effect was issued by the State of Hawaii <br /> Department of Land and Natural Resources State Historic Preservation Division (SHPD) on <br /> August 7, 2015. The letter reported that a Historic Properties Assessment was conducted by T.S. <br /> Dye & Colleagues (Murabayashi et al 2014) and SHPD confirmed the absence of historic <br /> properties within the Area of Potential Effect(APE). This letter is enclosed for reference. <br /> Further review indicates that the property has not been included on the State Inventory of <br /> Historic Properties or on the Hawai'i or National Register of Historic Places, nor are there any <br /> mapped or noted archeological, historic or cultural sites located on the subject parcel.
