This is to acknowledge receipt of ten (10) copies of the revised preliminary plat map dated May 19, 2014,
and one (1) CD of revised preliminary plat map in .pdf file that reflects the subdivision of the property into
two (2) lots instead of the original five (5) lots for the referenced application.
With this revised preliminary plat map submittal, our Tentative Approval letter of July 25, 2013, is now
deemed Null and Void.
By a copy of this letter, we are forwarding a copy of the revised preliminary plat map to the listed officers
for their review. We shall contact you upon receipt of their response on this matter.
