Enclosed for your review and comment are ten (10) prints of the proposed subdivision of Lot 1. We
have enclosed a check in the amount of $ 375.00 for the subdivision application fee along with a letter
of authorization, Tax Clearance and Subdivision Application form signed by the owner. This application,
consists of dividing the property into five lots and is for the purpose of planning for the future expansion
of the church and church facilities.
This subdivision has water commitments available from the Department of Water Supply for this
Subdivision. The water system and or connections will be designed by a Hawaii Licensed Civil
Engineer and will be submitted to the Department of Water Supply for their review and approval after
the subdivision application receives tentative approval.

Director of Finance.
