This application, consists of dividing the property into five lots and is for the purpose of planning for the future expansion of the church and church facilities. This subdivision has water commitments available from the Department of Water Supply for this Subdivision. The water system and or connections will be designed by a Hawaii Licensed Civil Engineer and will be submitted to the Department of Water Supply for their review and approval after the subdivision application receives tentative approval.
