Land Area: 1238 ac., No. of L,o[s: 5, Size of Lots: 21,674 sq. ft. to 8.333 ac
Location: Waikoloa. South Kohala
The South Kohala Community Development Committee on May 22, 2013 and reviewed the
subdivision application of the Waikoloa Baptist Church as cited above. The Committee did not
object to the subdivision. However, the Committee was concerned that the lot to be subdivided is
neaz the Waikoloa School, located on a curve of Paniolo Drive, should have only one access to
Paniolo Drive consolidated with the existing entrance to the Church.
