We have addressed each of the conditions of approval as follows: Item 1)Water System a), b)&c) The water system has been designed by the project engineer and approved by the appropriate agencies. The fees for plan review,testing, inspection fees and facilities charges will be taken care of directly with the Department of Water Supply by the owner. Item 2) Drainage a)The property lies wholly within Zone X(areas determined to be outside the 500- year flood plain)as per Flood Insurance Rate Map(F.I.R.M.)Community-Panel Number 155166 0283 C, revised April 2,2004. Item 3) Easements Easements, both existing and proposed, are shown on the final plat map with purposed and to which lots or grantees the easement is in favor of. Item 4)Wastewater a)The approximate location of the existing waste water systems are shown on the final plat map. Please be advised that I,the undersigned, do hereby certify that we have placed the property boundary monuments in the ground in accordance with the final subdivision plat map. Item 7) Final Plat Map With this submittal the Final Plat map has effectively complied with the requirement for submittal of same on or before October 27, 2016(per time extension request). In addition and Pursuant to Section 23-70 we offer the following supplemental information: 1. A title report will be provided if required by the Director. 2. At this time the owner does not propose any deed restrictions. If at a later date the owner wishes to impose such deed restrictions they will provide a copy of same for your files. 3. A copy of the current tax clearance as proof that all taxes and assessments on the tract are paid to date. 4.
