In 2014, the applicant applied for a building permit to construct an addition to the main dwelling including a covered walkway leading to a 3-level addition with 3 `playrooms' (one on each story). The applicants consider these `playrooms' as bedrooms, hence the 8-bedroom dwelling representation.
