N W ■ THE APPLICANT PURCHASED THE SUBJECT PROPERTY IN HPP IN 201 7 WITH THE ::D INTENTION OF RELOCATING HIS CHURCH SERVICES WHEN THE FORMER PROPERTY LEASE W EXPIRED & RENT WAS RAISED.
