IF YOU AND THE COUNCIL ARE TRULY SERIOUS ABOUT AFFORDABLE HOUSING,THESE
APPLICATIONS ARE OPPORTUNITIES TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! The situation loudly calls for it.
BE BOLD. How about a policy of financial payments per unit when the ordinance takes effect
(when the huge added value of the property is realized)or upon development and sale,or with a sunset provision for
this and all siubdisions,rezones,SMAs. Quit being a developer's sycophant.And develop a policy that represents
the people,your constituency.
