■ JUNE 15, 2023: THE LEEWARD PLANNING COMMISSION (LPC) VOTED TO DEFER
THE CHANGE OF ZONE & SLU BOUNDARY AMENDMENT APPLICATIONS AFTER A
MOTION TO FORWARD A FAVORABLE RECOMMENDATION TO COUNTY COUNCIL
FOR EACH APPLICATION FAILED. THE APPLICANT AGREED TO THE DEFERRAL.
■ JULY 20, 2023: THE APPLICATIONS WERE SCHEDULED TO RETURN TO THE LPC ON
THIS DATE, HOWEVER, THE HEARING WAS CANCELLED DUE TO LACK OF QUORUM.
■ AUGUST 7, 2023: THE APPLICANT REQUESTED TO DEFER THE APPLICATIONS, WHICH
HAD BEEN SCHEDULED FOR THE AUGUST 9, 2023 LPC HEARING.
