This is an in-person meeting and the Commissioners will participate in person. The <br /> way to participate in this meeting is to attend in person or submit written testimony prior to the <br /> meeting's commencement. <br /> ORAL PUBLIC TESTIMONY: To provide oral testimony, please arrive with sufficient time before <br /> the matter of interest to complete the registration process and obtain meeting information. <br /> SUBMITTING TESTIMONY: The Commission encourages the public to submit thoughts, <br /> comments, and input on agenda items via written testimony.
