LOT A — Construct a 3,98o square foot (sf) single-family residence, with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living/dining room, lanai, and 2outdoorshowers. Also included is a 725-sf garage, Soo-sf storage/animal shelter, fencing, and related development (both farm and residential). LOT B — Construct a 4,o6o-sf single-family residence with 3 bedrooms, l.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living/dining room, lanai, zoutdoor shower, hot-tub, pool, and deck. Also included is a 940-sf art studio, a 3,591-sf aquaculture pond, fencing, and related development (both farm and residential). Potable water via a CWRM approved well and pump for each parcel. APPLICANTS REQUEST (cont.) Wastewater will be handled via a DOH approved Individual Wastewater System (IWS) for each parcel. The proposed residential structures will be located 130-feet mauka of the certified shoreline (April 14, 2021). Additional work includes landscaping on each parcel, separate driveways for access to each parcel from Government Beach Rd., and access gates.
