To Whom It May Concern:
I have reviewed the current land use plan, and fully support Ka'upulehu Land LLC's vision for
the property. Good to see this happen under the direction of someone who cares for the
community, and has a desire to put a project together with the needs of the community ahead
of simply putting up metal warehouses. I am very supportive of the balance of the property
being divided into larger Tots that maintain their Ag classification and are of sufficient size that
they can be productively utilized.
I have worked with John Metzler for many years, and have the utmost confidence that this
subdivision will be well planned, properly executed, and will have the best interests of the
community in mind. John has a history of doing things right.
