I am in support of the proposed subdivision to be built by Ka 'uplehu Land LLC at the 5 acre lot property in the Pu 'ukapu
Homestead subdivision in Waimea. John Metzler has built successful projects on the Island of Hawaii for many years, I can
confidently recommend this subdivision will be built with integrity and completed in a timely manner. I am sure he will be
cognizant to the neighbors and community to provide a properly planned and be an attractive project that will compliment
the surrounding homes and area with the upcountry theme.
