Subject: Oppose Subdivision in waimea
My name is Oilipua Sekona and I live in Waimea and I OPPOSE all applications submitted by Kaupulehu Land LLC.
I do not believe we need, nor do I want more commercial space in Waimea, especially at the entry to town where the
traffic risks are great. 19,000 square feet of commercial space is overbuilding the lot. In addition, I don't support turning
agricultural land into commercial or residential lots. We have enough of that happening already, and this will only
promote more loss of ag land.
I am asking the planning committee to reject these applications.
