My name is Penny Kaae and I live and farm in Waimea and I OPPOSE all applications submitted by
Kaupulehu Land LLC.
I do not believe we need, nor do I want more commercial space in Waimea, especially at the entry to town
where the traffic risks are great. 19,000 square feet of commercial space is overbuilding the lot. In addition,
don't support turning agricultural land into commercial lots. We have enough of that happening already,
and this will only promote more loss of ag land.
I am asking the planning committee to reject these applications.
