I am an Attorney as well as a former Per Diem District Court Judge. I am
interested in performing professional services for the County. I am applying for
inclusion in the Auditing (Investigative Services) section of the request for proposals. FN7 I have performed investigative services in the past for many departments in many a varied applications including a host of employment related investigations. My experience as an adjudicator at the Department of Humans Services for the State of California, unemployment division relating t eligibility for unemployment
benefits required both investigative skills and application of rules and laws to the
facts to discovered facts.
I also worked for many years as an Attorney in both the Private and Public
Sectors all these skills are utilized in an investigation that is undertaken in a

Rates for travel.
$300 cancellation fee for hearings cancelled within 7 days of the hearing.
