Aloha,my name is Kaiolohia Espere Fo.I am a 4th generation`ohana of Waimea,raised in the pastures of Parker
Ranch and the streams of Kohakohau.Waimea is my home and where I'm raising my children.
I am in opposition of the Rezoning of Agricultural lands for the use of commercial development in Waimea.I am in
opposition of Kaupulehu Development LLC constructing a 3 building Commercial Complex with 77 parking stalls
along with 5 residential lots.
Waimea is a rural community and this speculative development is unwanted and fails to protect prime agriculture
land.It is not needed,it is no good for Waimea.
Please consider my testimony and do what is best for the land and people of Waimea.
