Aloha,
I am a born and raised Waimea resident who has sent in testimony in opposition of this project
from the first time it was proposed. I am writing in opposition of the kaupulehu land LLCs
project as this is prime ag land that should stay as ag land as it's intended to be. waimea does
not need more commercial buildings catered to tourist and foreign companies. throughout the
years we have seen how waimea is being bought up and continues to be modernized and
changed from the waimea we all know and love. please help to keep waimea the way it is and
oppose this project. keep the country country,we don't need more commercial complexes in
waimea. we need land for our people and our food.
