4. "The Planning Director shall prepare a report identifying properties within one-quarter mile
of the subject property that have undergone a change of zone, any ordinance(s)relevant to the
change of zone, and the status of those change of zone ordinance(s)to include expiration
dates. The report shall also identify properties within the same radius that can be subdivided
under their current zoning and specify the potential number of parcels that can be created for
each property."
