Services) to provide free Training and Technical Assistance in preparing Federal grant
applications for community‐based native nonprofits and public agencies in Hawai‘i,
American Sāmoa, Guam, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and
Republic of Palau
Consulted daily with regional organizations and agencies on conceptualization, design,
planning and presentation of strategic community‐based social and economic
development projects, and projects for revitalization of indigenous languages of the
