Tony works with clients to align SimplyPHP’s services with
their goals. By understanding their vision, Tony ensures that
our organization's strategy is closely aligned with their long-
term objectives. As a co-founder, he is deeply invested in the
success of our clients and employees.
After a career in the military, Tony began a second career in
real estate and property management. During this time, he
advanced his skills in business operations. Over the past 14
years, Tony has helped guide SimplyPHP to the successful
place it is today with his primary focus being client care.
Vee Caron - Project Manager | PMP Certified
As your dedicated Account Manager, Vee will be the single
point of contact acting as a liaison, providing updates,
addressing concerns, and creating a positive client
experience. Vee has gone above and beyond for SimplyPHP
for the past 5 years in ensuring success and satisfaction for
clients.
With over 15 years of management experience, including 7
years specifically in project management and 6 years focused
on web development projects, Vee brings a wealth of
expertise to the team. Her educational background includes
business studies completed in Australia and an associate
degree in communication in Canada.

Corina is responsible for managing the accounting and
financial operations of the company, including invoicing,
budgeting, reporting, and tax compliance. She has been with
SimplyPHP for 6 years.
Corina holds a diploma in accounting from McGill University,
a graduate certificate in accounting practice from McGill
University and is a Certified Professional Accountant (CPA).

Julia Rosales - Senior PHP Developer
Julia is a self-motivated and progress-driven senior PHP
developer, holding a computer science degree and 15+ years of
experience. She has proven to be effective, proficient, and
collaborative. She enjoys brainstorming and coordinating efforts
to achieve a common goal. Julia has been with SimplyPHP for 5
years.
Chad Edwards - Senior PHP Developer
Chad is a cloud-first engineer with experience deploying
scalable secure, containerized and load balanced applications
with additional background in image optimization and content
delivery. He has worked with SimplyPHP for 4 years working on
scalable containerized Laravel projects hosted on AWS utilizing
AWS and Cloudflare services to deliver an optimized high-
performance result. He has a certificate in local AI development
in Python.
Nick Triggatti – Senior PHP Developer
Nick is recognized as one of our most dedicated and long-
standing employees, having been an integral part of the team
since SimplyPHP’s beginning. Nick holds a college degree in
computer science technology with 19 years of experience

Jason is a senior PHP developer with more than 11 years in the
field and a college degree in computer programming.
Throughout his career and time at SimplyPHP, he has
consistently shown a willingness to learn, as well as dedication
to his work. He is a strong team member, excelling in both
independent and collaborative team environments. Jason has
been with SimplyPHP for nearly 2 years.
Eduard Lugo - Systems Engineer
Eduard is a highly skilled AWS Certified Solutions Architect with
over 15 years of experience in systems architecture and
administration, specializing in cloud computing technologies
and DevOps practices. Additionally, Eduard holds an ISC2
Cybersecurity certification and a Bachelor of Systems
Engineering. Over the past two and a half years, his
contributions at SimplyPHP have been instrumental in ensuring
high availability, scalability, and security for users. He has also
implemented automated deployment solutions to minimize
downtime and streamline the process of adding new features
to every project.
Juan Marcos - Systems Administrator
Juan is a seasoned IT professional in cloud systems
administration and DevOps with over a decade of experience,
currently serving as a Cloud Systems Administrator for the last
year. Holding LPIC-1 & LPIC-2 certifications and undergoing

University, Stanford University, and Mt. Lebanon Municipality where we have developed secure
web solutions that impacted safety and user experience.
In the not-for-profit sector, we highlight our experience working with Exactis Innovation. Their
mission is to improve cancer survivorship by empowering the healthcare ecosystem to make
data-driven decisions through real-world insights. Our team worked with Exactis in successfully
building an electronic data capture (EDC) system and case report forms for their pan-Canadian
cancer registry. We also worked with DepotMTL. The Depot Community Food Centre is a
community-based non-profit organization founded in 1986 that works collaboratively with other
community partners to address issues of food security in the NDG area in Montreal and the
surrounding areas. Our development team worked on enhancing the Lunch Box application,
designed for coordinators to manage the program. The Lunch Box program is an educative
initiative aimed at teaching youth healthy eating habits and building their cooking skills.

Description of Project:
Exactis Innovation (Exactis) is a Canadian not-for-profit focused on improving cancer
survivorship by empowering the healthcare ecosystem to make more timely data-driven
decisions through real-world data. SimplyPHP began working with Exactis in 2020 on a project
to replace a 10-year-old customized in-house cancer database. This project involved building an
electronic data capture (EDC) system and case report forms for their pan-Canadian cancer
registry which was implemented at 16 hospital sites throughout 5 provinces across Canada. Our
developers used mCODE to capture oncology research-quality structured clinical data collected
from patient charts to be used for clinical trials and observational studies. We work closely with
the Client to prioritize features in the backlog and organize the work into iterations. Each
iteration includes feature development defined by the Client or any identified production bugs.
When addressing bugs, our team thoroughly analyzes the code to identify the root cause,
ensuring effective bug resolution.

Description of Project:
The Depot Community Food Centre is a community-based non-profit organization founded in
1986 that works collaboratively with other community partners to address issues of food
security in the NDG area in Montreal and the surrounding areas. SimplyPHP began working with
DepotMTL in 2021. We supported their Lunch Box program, an after-school program for youth
that builds cooking skills, nutrition knowledge and healthy eating habits. Their application was
in good condition but had some bugs. Upon taking on the project, our team of developers
addressed these bugs by evaluating their root causes and implementing necessary fixes.
Additionally, we integrated the application with Slack using an API to enhance notification and
communication processes within the organization. Alongside bug fixing and integration, we
implemented numerous new features, including notification improvements, session
management, permission system enhancements, reporting improvements, grocery list
functionality, scheduling features, evaluations enhancements, and more. Our continuous

efforts in troubleshooting, integrating with APIs, and adding new features have significantly
improved the functionality and usability of the application.

World-renowned Canadian violinist Moshe Hammer founded The Hammer Band in 2007. His
vision was to offer children music education that promotes self-esteem, empathy, and
inclusion. Thus, promoting mental health and preventing violence – from school bullying and
gangs. SimplyPHP began working with The Hammer Band 10 years ago. We developed a
complete WordPress website, ensuring plugins and WordPress versions remain up-to-date
over time. We frequently modify pages by adding, removing, or replacing text content, and we
regularly add new blog posts. Additionally, we manage email addresses, add/remove users,
create email addresses, and securely send credentials through PrivateBin. When necessary, we
facilitate email transfers.

EDUrent’s advanced technology platform is designed for student housing to simplify every
process, enabling students to find housing and roommates in minutes. SimplyPHP worked with
EDUrent on website development and database management from the initial concept
discussions to the final product launch and ongoing feature development and system
maintenance. Together, we prioritized user experience by introducing a user-friendly mailing
system, fostering seamless communication between users and agents. Moreover, we
engineered sophisticated modules to track users activities, enabling agents to identify housing
solutions faster. We also integrated interactive maps for ease of navigation and clear
visualization of housing options. Multiple APIs were also developed with third-party services to
optimize Edurent’s daily operations and ensure efficiency across the application.

ArmorerLink is a Firearm Management company specializing in firearm tracking, training, and
maintenance. SimplyPHP worked with ArmorerLink on their comprehensive armory and firearm
management solution in engineering reporting, optimizing user workflow by analyzing their
interaction with the platforms, developing an admin panel to support onboarding of new clients,
developing reporting, mailing system, implementation of 2 factor authentication using OKTA,
