following the guidelines provided by the client. Since we have worked with large and well-known companies, they have been
dealing with the pandemic in a very scientiffc and professional manner - the safety of all employees and contractors is being
taken very seriously. Some of our resources are at times asked by the customer to go to the oifice for very speciffc tasks that
cannot be performed from home and in those cases, they follow the guidelines provided by the customer and take necessary

precautions on their own. Our offshore development team has been instructed to work from home as well since the onset of
the pandemic. We have provided all those employees with laptop computers and VPN access to enable them to continue to
work.
Employees responsible for Business Development and Client Engagement Management have also been asked to work from
home and/or follow their state guidelines.
We have managed to sustain our business and try to collectively keep the company operations running smoothly. Despite
the challenges, we have had no lay-offs and do not plan to have any in the foreseeable future.
We are a flat organization (not unionized).
We have in-house capability to execute most of the projects. However, we do rely on our partner network for skillset that we
do not have or a niche skillset that we only need for a short term. Generally, the split between employees vs. contractors
would be 70/30. However, in all project- based engagements, we ensure that we take full ownership of the account, and the
Project Manager is our employee.
We have oifices in the US, Canada, Germany, and India that allows us to have a flexible Delivery Model and have delivered

Administrator: Creates User Groups and Organizations; Assigns category to templates; Creates Organization speciffc
support data that may be published on header/footer of reports; Assigns template reuse access to various designers;
provides various application feature/s access to users based on their need of interaction with various application
features.
Designers: Access templates and build/design Reports; Assign attributes; Assign fflters and conditions; Create
attribute-based calculations suitable to various reporting requirements; Design layouts; Assign Header/footer
information; Create associated charts (visualization) and publish them to Business Users. These reports typically
speciffc to BOM, material usage, forecasting, costing and sampling; Summary tables, cross tabs and group by
reports; Generate reports with images and color chips; Designers build Dashboard containing charts and graphs to
give a bird’s eye view of information; Business Users can view these dashboards based on their access permission.
Business User: Business users access the reports that are published by Designers; run the reports; apply suitable
fflters, may sort, group, hide/unhide, apply various report viewing facilities associated with the report tables and
charts; schedule these reports using scheduling capabilities provided by Qiwk® solution. Business users are given a
facility to view and schedule their reports on various device interfaces.
4.1.5 Qiwk® Collaborator
Qiwk® Collaborator is built for Windchill PLM11.0+ using Java, Angular JS, Oracle, SQL Server, HTML, XML,
JavaScript and works on Windows/Linux. It is an easily usable communication platform for Product Development
teams within Windchill PLM, an Enterprise Product Lifecycle Management solution. Usage of Qiwk Collaborator
reduces off-line communication by providing a simple interface with advanced features. It helps to track the
communication captured in the Windchill system itself. It has a lightweight, intuitive user interface. It is an easily
deployable plugin on top of Windchill

Use Apache Kafka streaming engine as opposed to another ETL engine such as TIBCO.

Capture the changes happening on the source system using change events (producers).
Use Kafka Consumer APIs to determine what changed on the source, query the changes using REST API’s and
save them on the AWS Dynamo DB using consumer APIs.
Have Kafka monitoring and exception handling to determine the state of the data transfers.
The volume of data transferred is about 10,000 records per second.
