Colliers International, Hawaii is submitting this letter of interest for the Professional Services
Application for the category of Community Planning (Community and Economic
Development, Community Engagement, Culture and Indigenous Data Science,
Strategic Planning, Sustainability Systems). Our hope is to be included as a potential
vendor for any future County of Hawaii commercial real estate project solicitations.
Established in 1973, Colliers International, Hawaii has grown into one of the largest
commercial real estate consulting, brokerage and property management firms in Hawaii. The
Colliers Hawaii consulting team has been actively involved advising developers, investors
and financial lenders for their commercial real estate components of their planned
developments.
Some of our recent projects include:
• Master Planned Communities - Conducted residential, retail and industrial market
assessment demand studies for development projects located in Waiawa, Kunia,
Kihei and Kailua Kona.
• University of Hilo 2018 Campus Extension Commercial Market Demand Study.
