CALL TO ORDER Meeting called to order at 11.41 am. II. ROLL CALL Present: Christina, Farrah, Evelyn, Andrew, Shana and Sinclair. III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES for May 15, 2024 (Tabled) IV. TREASURER'S REPORT (Tabled) A. Approval of Treasurer's Report V. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC None. VI. CORRESPONDENCE None. VI I. REPORTS A. Hawaii State CSW(HSCSW) liaison report Liaison not present. B. Family Violence Interagency Committee (FVIC) East Hawai'i, Shana attended. Lots to discuss at next meeting. West Hawai'i, Christina did not attend. VIII. NEW BUSINESS a. Decision-making: Real Women's Essay: Discussion on history of event and direction moving forward. What is the will of the committee? Nominating Committee: Committee members needed to propose new slate of officers for 2024-2025, voting on slate during August 21, 2024 meeting — Nominating committee chosen as Evelyn, Farrah and Andrew. Shana made motion to accept these members to nominating committee. Christina seconded the motion. All members voted in favor of the motion to approve the nominating committee for 2024. Farrah reminded the committee of the bylaws which state there is a timeline for nominations and voting, therefore, the committee will be voting at the September 18 meeting. XI.
