Thank you for taking the time to review this hypothetical schedule for upcoming Youth
Commission meetings. I have reviewed the county council schedule and found dates that
do not contradict council meetings. CM Kagiwada, please confirm the times below with the
county council and reserve the chambers if possible. It has been noted to me by multiple
commissioners that the current time (3:00 - 4:30 PM) makes it difficult for them to attend
meetings in person. Based on the Honolulu Youth Commission, I propose a new meeting
time (5:00 - 7:00 PM) for future meetings effective May. This way, we can ensure that
commissioners can make the drive from East to West and vice versa in time. I added
potential details/agenda items of future meetings that aren't confirmed or set, but I added
them for your consideration. I look forward to hearing from you soon! If these dates/times
work, we can confirm them at the next meeting!
