I am interested in performing professional services for the County. I am applying for inclusion in the Community Planning Land Ude Hearing Officer and Mediation Services. I have worked as a Judge hearing many trials and motions and was required to apply the law to facts as uncovered during these hearings. At the present I also serve as a Labor Arbitrator through the Hawaii Labor Relations Board. I have been selected as a Hearing Officer in prior matters.
