Complete Plant and Animal inventory of the National Park. Research science
contractor for the Department of the Interior National Parks Inventory and
Monitoring program in the Western National Parks. GIS and MS studies of

• March 1997 to April 2000. National Science Foundation/CSIRO Australia.
Darwin, Cairns and Brisbane Australia. Performed two major studies. One focusing
on the biological control of the evasive, exotic cane toad Bufo Maranis and the endemic
White Tree Frog Littoria inferenata. The other study was the feeding dynamic, spatial
distribution and ecosystem analysis of Acanthurus negrofuscus and Tchenochaetus striatus, two
foraging surgeon fish within in the Great Barrier Reef. Other studies include
ethnobotany of Australian aborigines, animal plant relationships and fire ecology.

spearheaded a program for children that had been expelled from school and referred to
the probation department as a result of the "no child left behind" act. The ciriculum was
based on a teaching through strengths rather than weakness and incorporating nature into
