Aloha all,
We strongly oppose item 8.
The new ordinance proposed by the Director is reckless endangerment of our
Community.
Cell phone towers, which emit damaging RF and other types of EMF radiation have
been proven to cause severe health problems in communities that reside in its
vicinity. This is a well documented fact based on studies conducted over the decades
worldwide.
The detrimental health effects, including cancer and DNA damage from cell phone
towers and other electromagnetic frequency (EMF) emitting technology are published

Therefore, permitting of new cell phone towers should be even more critically
regulated, in light of public health and safety for the greater good of the community.
