We have reviewed tile SubJect application and have the following comments.
Please be informed that the subject parcel does not have an existing water service with the Department,
as tile parcel is not within the service limits of the Department's existing water systern. I'lowever,
water service can be made available Subject to the following conditions:
As the property does not frorit on the Department's existing waterline, the Department can only
allow fbrorae (l) unit Ofwater, orone (l) 5/8 -inch meter. loryour information, one (1) unit of'
water is equal to an average usage oF400 gallons per day, which is the estimated average daily
usage for a. single-family dwelling.
1 The Department's nearest waterifile to the su�jcct parcel is at the end of all existing 6 -inch
waterline within I lawai'i Belt Road, approximately 550 feet eastward across N'inole Stream.
The applicant will be responsible for installing a customer supply line from the water meter box
to the parcel which will require obtaining easements from the property owner(s) between the
SubJect parcel and time water meter box.

A "Policy and ("onditions for Water Service," or OUt-Of-BOUnds Agreement letter, must
be signed.
d. Installation by the Department of Water Supply, of a 1 -inch service lateral. to service a
5/8 -inch meter, which shall be restricted to an average usage of" 400 gallons per day.
