NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the following ms t llllconsidered by the County of Hawai'i's
Public Access, Open Space, and Natural sou es Preservation Commission (PONC) in
accordance with the provisions of Chapt 9 d 92, Hawaii Revised Statutes, the Hawaii
County Code Section 2-215, and the Co mi 'on's Rules of Practice and Procedure (amended
May 2023). This is an in-person ne a Commissioners will participate in person. The

meeting's commencement.

SUBMITTING TESTIMONY: The Commission encourages the public to submit thoughts,
comments, and input on agenda items via written testimony. To ensure timely delivery to
members prior to the meeting,written testimony should be submitted no later than 12:00 noon
on Thursday,September 5,2024, by (1) fax to (808) 961-8248; (2) mail: PONC Commission in
Hilo at 25 Aupuni Street, Suite 1101, Hilo, Hawaii, 96720, or by email:

Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service, or other accommodation due to a disability,
please contact the Property Management Division at (808) 961-8069 and/or
