ADJOURNMENT: 11:00 AM Executive Session: This Commission anticipates it may convene in one or more executive sessions regarding the above matters listed on the agenda, pursuant to HRS Sections 92-4 and 92-5 (a)(4), for the purpose of consulting with the Board’s attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the Commission’s powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities. A two-thirds (2/3) vote pursuant to Hawai‘i Revised Statute Section 92-4 is necessary to hold an executive session. Executive session is closed to the public.
