Dear Sir or Madame,
I am concerned about this ill drafted General Plan you are proposing. There is a lot of generalities and it appears to
leave out the actual homeowners and land holders of the big Island and others. I do not like the cardboard cutout
proposal which has not taken into acoount the humans who live there and love to visit.
I do not agree with this proposal and reject your lack of responsibility and creativity for the community.
