TMK 1-2-0018-001 I, Cheryl Morgan am the immediate landowner and neighbor sharing a common border with this proposed subdivision. I have lived on and cared for this property since 1986 and resided on Hawaii Island since 1975, I have never witnessed this type of disrespect for the land. With total disregard to the protected and pristine Milo forest as well as other indigenous plants and trees and before any permits were granted, the owner recklessly plowed heavy machinery down our common border. Not only were these threatened species eliminated but coconut trees on state property were cut down. Since our common boundary was not clearly tagged by the owner, the excavator seemingly may have pushed over an old Milo tree (which I want to save) onto my property, near the ocean. Until our shared border is clearly established no further cutting of border trees or branches should be permitted. Another concern is the owner's habi t of burning brush and possibly trash, 'opala in an open fire pit. We are down wind and being Kupuna we cannot tolerate the smoke. I am also concerned about the impact of 5 new homes on this fragile ecosystem with each possibility having an o'hana structure. Respectfully, Cheryl Morgan
