Application for a Special Management Area Use Permit to create a 5-lot subdivision for

the Special Management Area. The subject property is located on the makai side of
Kalapana-Kapoho Road, approximately 2,450 feet from its intersection with Pahoa-

land. The subject property is located at 1078 Ahe Street, approximately 100 feet east of
its intersection with Lei Lehua Street, Waiakea Homesteads, Waiakea, South Hilo,
Hawaii, TMK: (3) 2-4-080:017.
