DPW Building Division Security Updates for EPIC Permit System
DPW Building Division will be completing security updates to the EPIC system. As part of this
update, all user account usernames will be changed to their registered email addresses. This means
that following the update, users will need to create a “new” EPIC login using their email address.
Note that all building permits will automatically link to your new login email address.
The EPIC system update will begin at 8:00 am on Friday, November 8, and continue until 12:00 pm
on Monday, November 11. Detailed instructions on the new login process will be provided to ensure a
smooth transition. New EPIC registration will begin on Tuesday, November 12, starting at 8:00 am.
Further communications and guidance will be posted on the DPW Building Division website. Thank
