Hawai’i County Electronic Processing and Information Center (EPIC) Online Permitting System
will be updated to better serve the community
The Hawai’i County Electronic Processing and Information Center (EPIC) Online Permitting system is
tentatively scheduled to upload additional legacy permit information to improve services beginning
Friday, August 19, 2022, at 12am to Monday, August 22, 2022, at 12pm. During this time, the EPIC
system will not be able to accept any permit and plan applications and payments. More information will
be provided as we draw closer to the tentatively scheduled date.
We appreciate your patience and apologize for this inconvenience.
