SILVA STREET OPEN IN BOTH DIRECTIONS
The traffic pattern on Silva Street has resumed in both directions.
Motorists are asked to be aware of the traffic flow changes as they approach the intersection
near Keaukaha General Store and Hilo harbor entrances.
