HINA LANI STREET RESURFACING TO BEGIN JAN. 17
The Department of Public Works will be resurfacing the driving lanes of Hina Lani Steet in
Kailua-Kona from Hawaiʻi Belt Road to Ane Keohokalole Highway begining January 17. The
roadwork will commence Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm daily. Work is
expected to go through April 17, weather permitting.
Two lanes of traffic are planned to remain open for the duration of the project, subject to
interim lane shifts.
