Expect Detours in April During Utility Locating Work for Kilauea Avenue/Keawe Street
Rehabilitation Project
The County of Hawaii Department of Public Works announces that subsurface utility locating
work will be performed as part of the Kilauea Avenue/Keawe Street rehabiliation project,
commencing on April 3, 2023. The traveling public may encounter lane closures and/or detour
routing at intersections within the construction area. Please check the County DPW website
prior to the work for any updates as well as detour map routes.
The tentative schedule is as follows:
