Kilauea Avenue and Keawe Street Rehabilitation Project Summary. A community meeting is
scheduled for Thursday, February 23, 2023 from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm at the Aupuni Conference Center. DPW will be accepting questions and/or comments before the scheduled meeting. All questions
