Public Notice for One-Lane Closures on Leilani Street
The County of Hawai‘i Public Works Highway Maintenance Division will be paving Leilani Street on
September 27-28, 2023. Anticipate alternating one-lane closure, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. from
Kanoelehua Avenue towards the Hilo Landfill. Flaggers will be present along with message boards.
