If a third test is required, the average of the results of the second andthird tests shall be used to determine the capacity of the drywell.If standing water is observed at the bottom of the drywell and/or the bottom of thedrywell is at or below 10' above Mean Sea Level, an additional 500 gallons of watermust be added to each of the testing quantities and the bottom of the lowest readingmust be at least 24" above the observed standing water level or the bottom of thedrywell, whichever is higher.County ofHawai'i is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer.
