Cell towers are an eyesore and take away from Hawaii’s natural <br />beauty and decrease land value! There are better, safer, less invasive ways to improve service <br />to areas. <br />After the devastating fires on Maui, I hope that we’ve all learned that legislation like this is <br />so necessary to protect our homes and businesses. Cell towers have caused large, damaging <br />wild fires in California and other states. Bill 194 contains requirements to prevent fires, and <br />specifically cell tower-related electrical fires too, which are much harder to contain. <br />Mahalo, <br />Soleil Hawthorne <br />
