Please support Bill 194 because it reflects what we, the people of Hawaii,
want. Council Member Evans introduced the bill in response to the needs of
the community. It includes 5G small wireless facilities which must be
regulated.
Hawaii county already passed a resolution to halt 5G. Bill 194 follows up on
that by providing necessary regulations that include 5G small cells.
Bill 194 contains many crucial safety regulations such as set-backs from
property lines and fire prevention/fire safety requirements, i.e., a
requirement for emergency power shut-off on towers and antennas.
