<br />From:Ron Schranz <br />To:WPCtestimony <br />Subject:cell towers...Bill 194 <br />Date:Tuesday, October 29, 2024 9:08:45 AM <br />Letter to PLSU committee 2/23/2022 <br />We need this bill to control or even STOP the proliferation of Microwave pollution on our <br />islands here in Hawaii. <br />I would like to share with you my condition as it is today due to all the pollution that already <br />exists here. <br />I am considered to be EHS known as Electro Hyper sensitive. I suffer badly from all these forms <br />of microwaves that already exists here in Hawaii. My home is surrounded by 52 transmitters <br />from cell towers within ½ mile of my home in Kihei. I am also now surrounded by 8 Digital <br />meters being installed by Heco on all homes next to me that install solar. Heco is already also <br />planning to install these digital meters on ALL homes everywhere in Hawaii. I will have to leave <br />Hawaii after 46 years here soon if this is not abated. I will have to find a safer environment <br />place to live and end my business here, leave my family and friends and my love of Maui and <br />find a place where I can survive that limits radiation. <br />I suffer from constant headaches. My eyes are in constant pain to the point that I have had to <br />have eye operations to try and repair the macular damage that these microwaves are causing <br />to me. <br />My home is so blasted by microwaves that it is UNLIVEABLE. This CRIMINAL TRESSPASSING is <br />destroying my life. Everyone in Hawaii is affected whether they feel it or not as I do. YOU and <br />your children are not immune. We are losing too many family members to cancers already. <br />These transmitters are placed close to schools, homes, shopping areas and all around leaving <br />NO safe place to be. They are NOT controlled by the FCC in any way as to how powerful their <br />out put is and the amount of radiation is already at dangerous levels for human to be exposed <br />to. <br />Please enact legislation to protect us and make Hawaii a SAFE environment for all of us to live <br />in. <br />Fiber Optics is already in the ground. Please eliminate all towers and meters and use Fiber <br />optics instead. <br />Your life, your family and all children really need this NOW. <br />Sincerely Ron Schranz Kihei Hawaii <br />
