Whose land can be subject to this? <br />We do not want our land rights to be taken away with this plan. <br />Also, in regards to mass transit, please update the plan to include more routes for the working <br />folks. Currently only one bus runs from Ocean View to Hilo in the morning. It arrives after 9 <br />am which is too late for most folks going to college or working. <br />There is only one bus that comes back to Ocean View in the evening and it leaves at 3:40. This <br />is before college classes are out and people get off work. <br />Please consider the working folks when you talk about transit use. <br />Mahalo <br />
